We advertise on a number of listing sites including AirBnB, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and more. Most of these sites include a service charge and other fees so it is cheaper to book direct.
Please check availability using the calendar below. This will confirm if your dates are free. In peak holiday times, we generally accept only week-long bookings from Friday to Friday. Outside peak times, we can be more flexible, and also offer long weekends (Fri-Mon) or week-days (Mon-Fri) at a reduced rate. Since we changeover during the day, your preferred start or end date may show as ‘booked’ in the calendar when it is available for changeover for your holiday.

A one-third deposit is required at the time of booking; the remainder is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We can take payment by (i) bank transfer/BACS, (ii) Paypal (including credit/debit card), or (iii) direct credit card payment over the phone. We do not accept pets (except assistance-registered dogs). Our full booking terms and conditions are available here.
